Based on this experience, Ben's knowledge, outgoing personality, and friendliness, I will continue to contact and use Root Water Well Specialists for any of my water needs in the future should I have any issues in my home.
He also gave us some recommendations to help keep the water clean and tasting good in our home.
Ben was able to disconnect all the lines, pull the components of the system apart, clean up/replace what was needed and get the water back running normally within 30 -45 minutes total. He was thorough in his work and very easy to talk to. Any questions I had, as I was curious about the system, he took the time to answer and I was glad that he was so knowledgeable about what he was doing. My wife was even happy that she was able to ask questions about the well and the water system that he answered and made her feel more assured about what was going on.
Between the time that Ben arrived and the time that he finished up was about a total of 45 minutes to an hour overall.

I called Root up on Monday and scheduled for a tech to come out on Saturday morning at 9am to see if they could resolve the problem. They sent out Ben. He arrived at the house about 15 minutes early. I took him to the basement and from that point, Ben went through all the troubleshooting steps to get the exact problem located, which he'd also determined was something with the water treatment system.
We were having an issue with a lot of air in our lines from our well system. We had no idea whether it was coming from the pressure tank or the water treatment system. I was able to determine by troubleshooting on my own that it was definitely the water treatment system, but I have no clue as to how to fix such an issue.
